Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of BRYG™ websites, services, technology, communications, and related offerings.

BRYG™ is operated by AP Alvarado Ltd. Co. (“BRYG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using BRYG services, submitting information through our website, or creating a BRYG account, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

BRYG Services

BRYG provides business services, technology, customer relationship management tools, opportunity development, and related solutions.

Specific services, pricing, deliverables, timelines, and other commercial terms may be governed by separate proposals, agreements, invoices, or other written arrangements between BRYG and its customers.

Accounts

Certain BRYG services may require an account.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless otherwise required by law.

You agree not to misuse BRYG systems, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system operation, or use BRYG services for unlawful purposes.

SMS Messaging Program

BRYG may provide SMS communications to individuals who have consented to receive them.

Depending on your relationship with BRYG and the consent you provide, messages may include inquiry and lead follow-ups, customer-care communications, account notifications, new lead alerts, email or text notifications, task and appointment reminders, status changes, inventory updates, account activity, login or security notifications, financing or application status updates, and other service-related communications.

Users who separately consent to marketing communications may also receive BRYG promotional or marketing text messages.

Marketing messages are limited to up to 2 messages per month. Transactional and account-notification frequency varies based on your activity and use of BRYG.

Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing BRYG products or services.

SMS Opt-In

Where available, users may opt in through a BRYG website form by providing their mobile number and affirmatively selecting the applicable SMS consent option.

Users may also enroll where advertised by texting BRYG to the BRYG business number and completing the confirmation process.

Marketing and transactional/service-related consent are collected separately where applicable.

SMS Opt-Out and Help

Reply STOP to opt out.

After you opt out, BRYG will send a confirmation that your opt-out request has been processed and you will no longer receive messages covered by that SMS enrollment unless you subsequently opt in again.

Mobile Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Availability and delivery of text messages are subject to your wireless carrier and network availability.

Privacy

Your use of BRYG is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

BRYG does not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data, SMS consent records, or mobile telephone numbers with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Third-Party Services

BRYG may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, platforms, financing providers, payment providers, or other business resources.

Third-party products and services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. BRYG does not control the independent practices of third parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, BRYG is not the lender when a financing opportunity is provided through an independent third-party financing provider.

Intellectual Property

BRYG’s branding, website content, software, designs, materials, and other proprietary content are owned by or licensed to AP Alvarado Ltd. Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without authorization except as permitted by law.

Disclaimer

BRYG does not guarantee that every business opportunity, financing application, marketing effort, partnership, transaction, or other business activity will result in approval, revenue, funding, or any particular outcome.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BRYG and AP Alvarado Ltd. Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of BRYG services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as BRYG’s services, technology, or legal obligations change.

The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision.
